I will definitely go back again. The only improvement would be for Ethan to provide better updates on the progress of service. It took a few extra days and I had to proactively call. He may have had a wrong phone number for me. Not really a big deal, but one area that could be improved.
I chatted on line with a Mary concerning a cycle I'm looking for. Ended up talking with a Jake, he said he would email me with some pics next day. Its been 4 days still no pictures or information. I guess sales are to good to take time and try to sale another cycle.
I got the Spring oil change and lube special. Very good deal. Zak even adjusted my brakes (they needed it) without me asking and no additional charge. I brought it in muddy because I could not find a car wash open in Waukon and don't have water at my farm. It was washed without asking and no additional charge.
